If I could give these a higher rating I would. These are extremely well manufactured and make it very easy to create uniform desserts. These will last us a lifetime and to include so many makes the process so much easier.If you do any specialty desserts, these can be put in the freezer with your desserts to help the freezing process take place much more quickly, and much easier to manage. The metal that they use is the perfect thickness.I am looking forward to some of the other uses I can apply with these, possibly some mousse molding, layered mini-cakes, small truffles, etc..We will be using these for a long time and I recommend them to anybody that wants to take their home baking game to the intermediate level.
