These Tart Rings arrived in a rather flimsy box, which didn't weather shipping well. However, they were unscathed; so, they appear to be pretty tough. All the welds were still solid and smooth, their shape is uniform, and they did not definitely (despite their difficult journey). At a little over 3 inches in diameter, these are a nice size for making individual tarts. For their first use, I cheated and used store-bought organic crust sheets. The rings sat flat on the baking sheet and didn't warp when heated. The shells baked up beautifully. The perforations allowed for a nice even doneness without over-browning.They are easy to unmold if properly oiled beforehand, and my shells showed no sign of a seam.Once cool, I filled them with custard and topped with fresh fruit. The crust held up well, with a crisper, firmer texture than those baked in a traditional pan, yet not brittle.I hand washed, and used a soft brush to clean the perforations, but I don't think you would need to if washed immediately or dropped into hot soapy water.I look forward to trying cookie cups next. I also want to try using them for rice krispy emoji treats and baking fancy bread buns.I expect these to last for years. The price for 8 rings is very reasonable, especially for the quality. I will be getting the larger (4 inch) set as well. I will also be investing in a perforated mat to bake them on in future, just to raise their performance to it's highest level.

I love baking and was looking for round tart ring. I usually use the tradition non-stick kind that requires weights. This one, you don't need to use weights. So, I'm happy that I got these. The size is 3.15 inches and it came with individually bagged in a box. Overall, the quality felt nice enough.

These rings are excellent! I bought them so my pie crusts would have a professional finish! They're easy to remove from the mold and clean. The quality is very good! They're thick. I recommend them.

These are sturdy perforated tart rings and do not deform easily. Every ring is uniform and circular. I can see the welding point on each ring, but there are no rough edges or joins. At just over 3 inches in diameter, they are perfect for making personal-sized tart desserts, such as mini lemon tarts (see photos). The holes in the rings allow for better heat distribution, which achieves a more even bake and a crispier shell compared to traditional tart tins. Since the design is simple, it is easy to line with pastry without overworking. As a result, the baked pastry is short and has a great texture.I like that I do not need pie weights when I use these tart rings with a perforated baking mat.It is easy to remove the baked tarts from the rings, and the resulting tarts look neat and professional. The rings are easy to clean with some hot, soapy water and a scrubbing brush or dishwasher.Overall, I highly recommend these (paired with a perforated baking mat) for baking modern and professional tartlets.

A lot of baking rings out there in the market are flimsy and very easy to damage. Not these. These are incredibly well made and sturdy. They're not super heavy or thick, but they have just the right heft that you know if you don't abuse them, they'll probably last a lifetime.Using them is as easy as using any other baking ring. They clean up very easily. They're true to the size in the listing. And I love that the holes in them cause the crust to crisp up nicely.Highly recommended.

I made the mistake of using graham cracker crust with these on parchment paper and there was some sticking in the perforated sides. Other than that it baked the crust very well but they were harder to remove than a springform pan, this was my error. I like the construction of these they're very sturdy and 4 inches is a excellent size. I'll be trying to use traditional pie crust dough in these to see how they perform but they cleaned up rather well even though some of the graham cracker crust stuck inside. There's a lot of different ways you could use these including for scones. They're very easy to use and very functional for many different applications. They take up little room in a drawer.

I already have a set of 4-inch baking rings but wanted a slightly smaller set, and these fit the bill nicely.  They’re very well made of sturdy, thick metal with smooth edges and seams and are perfect for baking the little breads I invent to use up sourdough discard.  They’re easy to clean (I often just give them a wipe) and give not just cakelets and tarts, but also batter breads an appealing, professional look.  I haven’t tried them for this, but I imagine they’d also work very well for nicely shaped fried eggs for breakfast sandwiches.  The current price of $13 is quite reasonable for the quality.  They’re a very handy item in my kitchen!

Kuayb's 3"-diameter tart rings are made of perforated stainless steel to allow hot air to keep the pastry crust from getting soggy. They are traditionally used to make tartlets and small quiche, but I got them to make thick, uniform cookies with golden-brown sides!I ran my finger over the edges of each ring to check for sharp areas, but found none. I had difficulty even telling by touch where the rings were joined. These are very well made, with no thick or uneven joinings, and they lay flat on the baking sheet.Be sure to wipe them with oil before filling with pastry crust (or cookie dough!)
