Quick Shipment, Wonderful quality and quantity, for awesome price. Also great for Soufflé Pancakes, Crumpets.In my top favorite kits - comes with two sets of 8 rings - perfect for crumpets or the soufflé sizes. I can fit 4 of the large ones or 5 of the smaller ones in my cast iron skillet. Also comes with cute mini tongs and basting brush. I mean… all but the batter to make my fancy breakfast. Wicked easy to clean. Slight Anglophile here… but I may have been skipping around the kitchen with how well my crumpets came out - just like the store bought kind, and now I can make it whenever I want 💕.Fresh crumpets with tea - pinky up!!Oh and the soufflé pancakes. Had them in Japan, and I’ve been trying to make them at home. 😩. They are sooooo hard to make! I know… soufflé is in the name… right? Then someone said they would make theirs in a ring mold. Genius! Don’t care if that’s not authentic, or if you call it a cheat, if the heavenly pancake comes out light, fluffy, and perfectly round (instead of flat and chewy), I. Am. In!!!The price is Very reasonable - beat store prices (you get double if not quadruple the quantity and better quality!). Still giddy about my new favorite kitchen gadget and all my fancy breakfasts imma make.

I've needed these for a long time, ever since I saw a video on how to make crumpets (KAF). These rings are the perfect size (especially the 4"), and I like that the rings have the edges rolled on both the top and bottom. No sharp edges.The silicone pastry brush is perfect for greasing the inside of the rings, but it's also going to be useful for milk and egg glazes on rolls, bread, etc. The bristles are fine, and I like the small size for precision.The tongs are an unexpected hit. Though they are the "pinch" type vs. a spring, they are thin at the tips so you can get under the edge of the ring easily to grab your fresh crumpet.I can't wait to try these for a fried egg, too. Perfect for making a tasty homemade mcMuffin treat. I'm sure I'll think of other uses, but I'm glad to have found them and recommend this set.
