Work well and clean easy, used them for eggs and to form burger patties, the large size is perfect for Italian loaf bread, also used them to make stuffed burgers with cheese and kielbasa slices makes it easy to create the layers and seal them we so they don't leak when cooked or grilled , light spray of cooking oil helps keep food from sticking also
