They are made of 18/8 stainless steel, food safe and dishwasher safe.

  • 4.How to remove them from the tart ?

You can butter / grease them. Then roll out your dough and press in to the tart rings. When the dough bakes it shrinks slightly, lift off the rings. The butter keeps the dough from sticking a the slight shrinkage of the tart crust makes the ring easy to remove.
