These silicon mats are absolutely amazing for making macaroons! Also good for making meringues big and small because I made some for pavlovas, and just some little mini meringues and they popped right off! Great price speedy delivery. Thanks again!.

The mats themselves are very thin but seem okay. The circles are too close together, I’m finding my macarons are not baking properly when I follow the circles. When I pipe them not following the grid and farther apart they bake fine. I think whoever designed this may just put the circles as close as they could and it was never tested.

They are ok. Not the best for macarons. We have problems with them not keeping a circle shape. We don’t have this problem with our other mats.
