Absolutely love these. Started my bread making not too long ago and I was so anxious about the waste from parchment paper. These work wonderfully in my Dutch oven and have prevented a handful of burnt bottom of loaves.

I bake sourdough twice a week and I use these every time. They make getting the loaf in and out of my dutch oven a breeze. Using these is much easier than using parchment, and I'm avoiding wasting all that parchment to boot. I generally bake at 435 degrees and these have held up very well at that temperature.

Very useful for transferring sourdough into a hot dutch oven. It’s durable and extremely heat resistant.

These works do great making sourdough bread. I never have to touch the hot pan. Burn resistance and easy to use.

I use it for my dutch oven to bake sourdough. My parchment paper sometimes sticks to the bread. I did trim one to fit my small dutch oven perfectly.

I like that it helps me stop burning parchment paper when making sourdough bread, and get it out safely. :) The only thing is it smells a little funky initially but that goes away after the package is opened/allowed to breathe.
