Did not work well, it may work on another countries gauge of wire, but does not work well on US gauge wire. It was a gift for very handy man, too late to return. Took less time to just do it by hand, and you know how that is.
affordable home imp.

Attach this to your drill, and twisting wires becomes quick and easy. The build feels cheap. Lack of instructions means you’re figuring it out as you go, but it’s not rocket science. Fits and drill. Great price. The shank is not a quarter inch so it fits loose in the impact drill.

This Shenatta wire stripper for drill turned out to be a real time-saver for my electrical projects. It's compact, easy to use, and much quicker than the manual wire stripping tools I used before. What normally takes me several minutes to carefully strip and twist by hand, this tool manages in seconds - without damaging the wire core. The different sizes (10, 12, 14 AWG) made it super versatile for various connections, and I love how compact it is. I could toss it in my pocket without a second thought! While the adjustable connector took a bit of tinkering, once set, it handled every cable size I threw at it. Perfect for electricians or anyone wanting to save time and skip the manual hassle.

I grabbed this Shenatta wire stripper tool for drill thinking it would save me time on electrical projects around the house, and it did - but with a few quirks. It's definitely faster than manual twisting, stripping wires in a flash, but getting the right adjustment took some trial and error. I first used it for a kitchen rewiring job, and while it connected the wires quickly, I noticed it can be tricky with smaller gauges - sometimes slipping or not getting a clean twist. So I would test on a spare piece of wire before starting a real job, and keep an eye on the stripping depth! Overall, it's handy and portable, but I'd recommend it more for larger gauges or frequent users who want to speed up the workflow.

Tool itself is of superb quality machined and made to perfection. Good design and solid. It is made of good materials and made to last . Package comes with three dies for different gauges and they are color coded.Adjusting depth, like the length of insulation you want to remove is an impressive design and easy and simple. Once adjusted it cannot be accidently moved out of the adjusted position when you handle die, or drill with die is mounted on, as it implies the same locking system with ball bearing like impact driver head.Changing dies on mandrill is beyond easy and simple either on drill or manually. Cutting knife is hardened steel and it is nicely machined. Kit comes with a spare blade and screw for die. Opening for discharge of removed material is substantial and does not clog.Marr tool applicators are an excellent idea, it can be mounted on smaller drills for faster use, however, work best on winged marr. Plastic cone do not fit all marr designs on the market and some may slip.Overall this is definitely a kit made for professional electricians and apprentices but priced well so that a handyman can afford. It is specially useful when wiring panels, and industrial buildings where wire gauges are heavier like AWG 10, 8 etc.Note:These dies will strip only solid copper wire. stranded wired do not have strength to keep shape while rotating blade is stripping plastic insulation. Whole wire twists.I tried AWG 14 and it does not fit properly and knife cannot strip insulationOn each die there is an ISQ number corresponding to wire gauge standard that is not compatible with AWG.Cutting part -blade on dies can be removed once unscrewed, but cannot be readjusted as whole dies are machined to perfection for some other standard.New wiring standard in North America is now all stranded wires, so this tool may be useful in older installations and industrial buildings.if this would be made for AWG gauge it would be 5 stars..

If you have to put on a lot of wire nuts then this is a must have. I recently installed lights on my barn. I ran a switched circuit to all 12 lights and a constant circuit as well. I had this and it made it much easier but also much faster. I loved it. Great tool.

The Wire Twister Tool for Drill (ASIN B0DDXMF9WN) from Shenatta arrived complete with extra Marrettes.Having a reliable and efficient wire twister can definitely make a big difference, especially on larger projects where time is of the essence and consistency a must. If you pair these with a proper quick-release driver (or impact drill) you can save yourself a lot of time and effort. Without a quick-release (or impact), their usefulness is questionable at best. Be sure to have your drill torque set properly; it takes a little practice to get it right without over-twisting. I'd suggest you check out the video in the ad to see just how effective these can be when paired with the proper gear. Ignore the stripper in the first part of the video.I hope you found this review enlightening and/or helpful to your decision making.

Sometimes I need to reconnect light switches at home when upgrading to smart switches, and this wire stripper tool kit came in handy. It attaches to a drill, making wire stripping and twisting fast and straightforward, which saved me a lot of manual effort. It’s especially useful for handling multiple wires during installations.Pros:- Strips and twists wires quickly with a drill attachment.- Works well for larger gauge wires.- Portable and easy to use for frequent jobs.- Saves time compared to manual wire stripping.Cons:- Can be tricky with smaller gauge wires.- Takes some adjustment to get the stripping depth right.
