This is the original and it shows. Lightweight, yet stronger than Flashpoint. It doesn’t say made in USA, so I’m thinking they may be imports. No matter, you can tell that these are engineered to a greater degree.

I've already put this C-Stand through it's paces and I wish I had 3-4 more of them. I plan to buy more (hopefully from the same seller) in the next few months.If you're getting a stand like this, I'd really suggest getting sandbags while you're at it. I'm usually a one-man-band type setup and it can be a pain in the arse to haul around the extra weight, but it sure helps with the peace of mind knowing my lights or gear won't be falling over.
