Perfect - sturdy (love that its stainless vs plastic like many of the other openers), great value, and works perfectly for opening mason jar life without bending/denting them. Highly recommend.

It's a nice tool for the tool box. I was hoping it would open plastic water bottle type drinks, sometimes these old hands just can't do it. It doesn't. Otherwise this is handy and should last forever.

The Mason Jar Opener is a simple tool and works very well for removing the Mason Jar lids of items that are home canned. The price may be a little steep, but the item works well.

This is an attractive bottle opener that works on a variety of bottles. I love that works on Mason jars because those are often really hard to catch a bottle opener on. That also works in a variety of other bottle caps like beer bottles-including twist off. It also helps pull-top tabs. It's very heavy duty and waiting in the hand which I like, and easy to find in the drawer.

My husband loves the brushed copper look of this opener; I love it that it will be easy to find in my drawer. This is a solid -- not aluminum jar opener. I can a lot and am always looking for my church key/flat end jar opener that somehow becomes invisible in my kitchen drawer. This one looks like a nice tool from the shop. I tried the prying end on a mason jar lid...lifts like a dream. I used the far end to easily pry up a soda can pull-top. Great. I also used the cog opening to slip a protein drink carton in and it actually gave me traction to open it. I am 73 and my grip is not what it used to be. It does have a lip where you could open a beer bottle...but I passed on that since all our beer is in cans with pull tops. I really like this tool...just don't let your husband sneak it out to his shop!
