Unhappy with this purchase. The screen went blankafter a weeks use. Tried Amazon support, they could only send me to the manufacturer. The only way to contact supporis through an email portal whhic has yielded no response. This was not a cheap unit, I am stuck with it now, probaly will pay a mint to get itUPDATE 06/18/2023Garmin customer service is terrible and non responsive. I have a 600 dollar plus GPS system that is useless and Garmin is blowing me off. Purchase a different brand, worst purchase I have made through Amazon. Extended warranty is useless if no one will respond.
