This works great for our HOA Zoom meetings. Good mic sound pickup and the speaker allows all in meeting to hear. Much better than using PC mic & speaker. Also has mute and volume buttons. Easy to connect to PC for Zoom meeting.

I use this for work and the audio quality is great. Microphone is functional, no complaints from the other side. I like the touch capacitive buttons and non-slid backing. I recommend for personal and work use!

Received the product fast. The packaging is very good so no damage can happen during transit.Have tried using it for a few days. Looks great.Good for those who like a handsfree and earphones free mic & speakerphone for individual home and office use.

So to give it to you straight :If you need EVERY SINGLE PERSON you talk with to go “huh ?!!!!! CAN’T HEAARRRR YOUUUUU” every second , buy this !I started working from home and my boss told me he needed me to be on speaker phone as the system was going thru a transitional set up and speaker phones was the best they could do.I realize that speaker phone’s sound quality isn’t quite the same as being on an actual handset , but come on!I am literally holding this thing to my face as I speak and not one darn person can hear me .I checked my pc settings and they’re great . My work’s IT department made sure that it’s all in order and yet... crickets !People cannot hear me .The sound is very choppy on their end or so I am being told by almost every customer and coworker . The speaker’s output is great but what good does it do , when they can’t hear you ?I am obviously working from home for a reason ,as we all know , so going out for a mere return isn’t quite the right thing to do , but really ! 65$ in the garbage !That is all this has been for me .

I like the microphone and the buttons being located on the device, but often the volume max is too low. The buttons are hard to press and make a loud click noise with each press. That's a bad design choice. I would not buy this again. For now I'm using the microphone and external computer speakers instead of the built-in speaker, which is a shame. I assumed it would be a powered speaker, but it relies solely on USB power, which I assume is the reason for it's underwhelming speaker performance. Its sounds crystal clear, when the volume can be made loud enough. People on the other end of the call usually have no way to increase their own microphone level.
