Yes, the conference microphone works with team, Skype for Business, Zoom, Facebook, and other commonly calling software like WebEx, Goto Meeting, Google Hangout, FaceTime, etc. as well as computers running Windows 7/8/10 or macOS.
2. Can the Conference Microphone be used for music and the occasional call?
Yes, its definition is a conference speaker, mainly used as a conference calls, we don't recommend it used as a music speaker
3. If Bluetooth Speakerphone is Full-duplex audio?
Yes, the Bluetooth Speakerphone is full-duplex audio, so people can even talk over each other, and make more natural calls where nuance matters such as hearing the other person on the line sighing. We need these audible cues
4. Can the Bluetooth and USB Plug connection function together?
No, If both Bluetooth and USB are enabled, Bluetooth takes priority.
To switch to Bluetooth, unplug the speaker and set the audio to BT-Speakerphone.
To switch to USB, disconnect Bluetooth, power off the speaker, and restart with USB.

I was hopeful for this as I was tired of wearing headphones over my ears. However this one randomly losses microphone connection and while you can hear the other person they can hear you for a few seconds and you get an error message from the computer that it cannot detect sound . then you just have to wait a few seconds for it to come back. I blamed my computer and tried a new computer and was disappointed to see the issue happen again . Now it’s out of the return window and I’m stuck with a faulty product .

Bought 2 years ago to improve my work calls from laptop speaker and mic. This has been so nice and it’s simple to use. I can connect through Bluetooth without any cords or connect to usb. The sound quality is great and the mic doesn’t pick up what the speaker puts out. This could also be useful in a meeting room setting as well for conference calling on teams or zoom without dialing in via phone.

It's a handy bit of equipment and it works well. It has to be set up in MS Teams or it won't be used as an input device. It works great with other platforms. The problem it solves is that when one has multiple people in a room which is connected to a teams call they can all both hear and participate verbally in the call. Specifically they can hear what's being said on a speaker which is far better than a laptop speaker, and which doesn't interfere with the microphone so feedback isn't a problem.It's not a good solution for a single user in a room even though it's a good microphone and good speaker because it's too sensitive. Even though it has noise cancellation it picks up a lot more sound than a purpose designed microphone would. A web casting mic would be a better thing to use for that specific application.It's useful as a backup or as a sales tool and in cases where a sales person needs to "roll with the punches" and produce a well audible meeting between multiple people in one room and multiple endpoints, on short notice. Every sales person should be issued with one. It's not a good substitute for a better quality video conferencing solution installed in a boardroom and used regularly.

This conference microphone and speaker work very well. I've been using it for skype calls, zoom & web ex meetings, etc. It works great with all of them. The noise-canceling technology ensures excellent clarity of audio. The sound quality is reasonable as well as provides conversation Smoothly & Effectively.

Update: I am updating my review and rating because of the great customer service offered by the company. They reached out to see if they could replace the defective product for me. My Amazon return period had passed but the company has a one year warranty on the product. I had hastily already purchased a replacement, not knowing about the warranty (my bad for not reading the details), so they refunded my money. I would definitely give them a chance again knowing that they stand behind their product.Original review (2 stars): This product worked okay for me (every once and a while I would lose connection) until I had to upgrade to Windows 11. Now every call I am on, I intermittently lose sound. I’ve had to revert back to using my mic and speakers on my laptop. Unfortunately, my Amazon return window just recently closed so looks like I’m stuck with it.

This is a product I can give a full-hearted 5 stars - with one minor warning: I'm only reviewing the use from the plugged in via USB standpoint. I have not used the bluetooth function. I took this first to a large group meeting where there was no other option for picking up sound for people joining in on a -Teams call. This worked remarkably well in a hotel conference room with 40+ people. People on the teams end said the sound was quite audible - at least when it was a reasonable distance from the speaker. I used it then in a team call also with 6 people in the room and some on teams. Again sound for all parties was great. Now i'm using on my work at home desk so i don't have earphones in my ears all day. Works great - just plug in and go. It's also light, easily stored and carried to meetings. Highly recommend.

I use it in lieu of a headset or ear buds for work. The sound quality is great and the noise canceling works well. I've tested it with multiple co-workers with the tv and fans on in the background and they couldnt hear anything. I did notice static when using Microsoft Teams and on phone calls (I use a soft app as my phone), but I moved the speaker to the other side of my desk where it's away from my other electronics and that seemed to eliminate the static. I'm pretty happy with this device.

Home office, I have a small conference at the basement. Wifi signal is weak, but this product connect well, the sound quality on my end is excellent. I have no problem listening the report on the other end too. The price is pretty reasonable.

This took me at least three tries over the last year with Amazon to try to find a true plug and play external speaker for my finicky home work station. This one is awesome. I really didn't need the travel case because it is for my desktop, but in the end, I like it and will travel with it in the future. and for now, I keep the case zipped when I am not in a meeting or using it to keep it free of dust. NICE. Works great, easy, good sound, the microphone works. I have had no complaints. Highly recommend for people who have struggled with plug and play in the past!

USB connection stopped working after 6-weeks (only a 4-week return policy). The speaker continues to work on Bluetooth, but continuously plays an annoying and distracting tone regarding the battery when not in use. Whenever the speaker is plugged in to charge via USB, I have no sound from my laptop. Waste of money, do not recommend this specific product as I'll need to purchase another.Update: Customer service reached out in case anyone else has this issue. Problem resolved:Reason:The speaker won't work if you connect via plug on the condition that but you haven't clear the bluetooth for your previous bluetooth connecting.Solution:Unplug the device, and long press the bluetooth of the device to clear the bluetooth pairing, and also clear the bluetooth pairing in your phone or computer, long press power off button 3-5s, and press power on button again, plug back the device, then it will work.
