Decent product Design however setup is about as elaborate as it gets. Polycom claims favorites can be set by indexing them at 101 102 etc. no such luck.

No instructions on how to get it to work with the phone. No one from poly on or the local distributor who we get service from was able to help.Avoid.

Product is misrepresented as "backlit" in the amazon title, which implies it has an electronic screen. It is paper, for printing or writing on. And there is nothing to back-light the paper.

An outstanding addition to Polycom VVX phones and exactly what our receptionist needed. The only note of caution is that there is NO display, what appears to be a black and white display in the picture is not, it is only a label for each respective extension. If you want a digital display for the names/extensions this is NOT the model you.

Bought to go with Polycom 310 phone. Works fine. Annoying to setup via the phone. A direct web interface to program it and save profiles would be nice.
