I've owned this safe for 19 months and it's been my primary home safe all that time. But, the fingerprint reader stopped working. So I tired cleaning the reader with eyeglass wipes and resetting my fingerprint. But no go. The Sciener website does not provide any support. It's a good heavy safe and the code still works, so I'll keep using it for now, but the stated life of 1,000,000 print reads is not accurate and I no longer have instant access to the inside. Disappointing.

Had this safe for over a month now and have opened it every morning and night. Have had two or three time where I’d didn’t read my finger the first time. Overall this safe is a little tank it feels very well made I love that it’s compact. Way smaller than other safes on Amazon. Fits my M&P 2.0 9mil and sig 365 for reference. Bought a second safe for one of my vehicles.

Recieved the safe today. Yes I agree it's small but just enough room for a full sized Glock 22 and two 10 round mags. Easy to set up the fingerprints. The finger sensor is really sensitive and I can even have my finger at various angles and it opens. Love the led light inside and it didn't take long to fully charge up. Silent mode is a nice feature. Seems to be sturdy and meets my needs for home defense to secure my weapon for transport to the range etc. So far to me a great buy.

Was easy to set up but I do recommend a better cable.fits perfect in a confined space. I like the lid assist so it just pops up.

I like the features and was able to program it easily. It is sturdy and a very nice holder. I dont think id be able to fit two weapons in it

Works as advertised so far. Seems like it will hold up. Easy to setup, just read instructions once before you even start. Has had no issues recognizing fingerprint at all.

This is a very nice pistol safe, from a quality perspective. The password is easy to reset, Fingerprint takes easily, the door latches without any play. Full sized pistols fit, but are tight and with a red dot, you’ll only fit the one. This is best suited for Compact’s or Sub-Compact pieces. Will make a nice edc dump safe.(pistol, Knife, extra mags)
