I recently bought a pair of knee pads for my daughter, who has just started playing volleyball in the 6th grade. I’ve never been a fan of heavy, rigid knee braces, so for years, I’ve relied on flexible, stretchy knee sleeves for light support and comfort. While they did the job, my biggest frustration was how they constantly slid down, forcing me to readjust them over and over. But with these new ones, the difference was instant.
