Can not close and no longer stapes. Why can't things be made in the USA anymore? Seller refused to compensate for selling junk stapler. Cheap plastic part fails to hold row of staples in place after just a few uses.

Thus far this stapler has performed well up to 185 pages. I have not had a 200+ doc to staple as yet. This seems to be an excellent stapler for doc's in the 100+ to 200 page range. My electric stapler bought here on Amazon years ago sits next to it handling up to 50 Pages w/ease.

Thanks for the speedy service. Boss not too happy, keeps getting jammed, looks like it pushes down on only one side of the staple and it doesn't puncture though the pages, so the staple comes out all smashed on the first page.

Took a gamble on an off-brand, and MAN, did it pay off! This baby has smooth action, enough muscle to handle any size staple I've thrown at it (just remember to rotate the striking plate accordingly), and hasn't jammed ONCE! I couldn't be more pleased! ^_^

Terrible. Broke after driving about 100 staples. Not for heavy-duty use.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When it staples correctly it's great. When it doesn't, I'm having to pull out the staple because it didn't go through the sheets and ended up twisted. It can get frustrating. Not too sure what the secret is.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this item. The stapler is strong and durable. It is not flimsy or cheaply made. Great product!
