I bought this for our office. We have 3 employees. None of us can get it to staple. The staple does not puncture through the papers, but just falls out.

Just got this a little over a month ago, and just got to use it. The staples do not come forward on their own like supposed to. You have to open the dispenser and push the staplers forward yourself EVERY TIME.
