Seems to work, and beats any Swingline stapler. Swingline staplers have become cheap and difficult to use nowadays. I would buy anything but Swingline. So far I like this Rapid one.

I've purchased this stapler 3 times, I won't replace or buy again if it breaks a third time. The spring used to change the staples breaks easily and can't be fixed. The warranty is nice but keep the receipt.

Love this stapler. I use it for filing monthly bills. Works perfectly every time!
