It works with everything from salt to flour to anything else you may want to weigh. Easily tares out when needed. I wish there was a back lit display. Only thing that would improve it.

This scale is everything it is advertised to be. The buttons react quick. It changes from pounds, to grams with the touch of a button. Also, with the touch of a button you can zero out the scale with a bowl on top, to get the true weight of the item. Even my old eyes can read the results well and the design of the read out placement is pretty good for viewing the results (even with.the coverage of a larger item). Good buy.

I don't know why, I could have sworn that I read the glass plate of this scale was removable for cleaning, but after looking at it, I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Apparently, it's not. Other than that, the scale is pretty nice for food portioning. Seems very accurate by comparing it to another scale I have.

Good kitchen scale: it works well. I have been using it for over 7 months and use it every morning to weigh the needed amount of oatmeal. I haven't changed the battery yet.

The scale is 3ady to use and to set it up. The only downside is that the glass on top does not come off to clean.
