Bought for use with 16ft fishing sport boat. Strong lake winds will lift anchor and move boat with 50 hp motor. Would have ordered a heavier weight anchor but satisfied with purchase. Good quality.

Pleasantly impressed only problem it started to rust a little bit after some use in salty water. Other than that it holds the boat pretty fine no complaints.

Rusted a lot after first use. Painted it and coated with some liquid rubber, should have done that to start, rusting some still. Maybe a month and will replace. Does work very well though for a 15ft skiff

Anchor came exactly as described. It's painted a brilliant silver and looks excellent sitting on my dock. The rope hole is smooth and shouldn't damage a rope. If I experience any significant paint chipping or other negative aspects of the anchor I'll be sure to update the review.

Tried a bunch of anchors for a heavy 17ft. sailboat and this is the one that has held with no problems. 6 ft. breakers and a sandy bottom and this worked when a grappling anchor didn't hold even in a light wind.
