Used for 5 times in a few. months. Carefully washed with clean water after each use and dried it. It is rusting away already.

It’s not going to hold you ski against any sort of current or waves. It’s a good quality anchor. It’s just not big enough to hold my PWC

Only used for our SeaDoo PWC and works great for that. Bought to replace one just like it that we used for over 20 years!

Yes, this has a plastic coating that can restrict the flexibility. I use this anchor at sandbars where I place the anchor by hand. The plastic coating does restrict some movement, but it will move to it's limits by hand.This is not the type of anchor you drop overboard and hope it catches. You need to set this manually which is why I give it 4-stars.Don't cut the coating or it will rust. The coating is good. If you want an anchor you can drop overboard, open your wallet and spend the $ on a real galvanized fluke type anchor. Seachoice makes those for 15-19ft boats which should fit your pwc storage compartment. I have one and works great.I have the grappling anchor and it sucks compared to this. Negative reviews are results of those not wanting to spend work or money and expecting magic. For the price this is a very good product!
