This has a 5year warranty and mine has quit working. The cable has broken and would not spool the anchor up. Stranded on the water until help arrived. How do I file a claim?

This anchor is so much more than just an anchor. I use it for loading/unloading at the dock, anchoring, and holding in shallow waters before a tournament start. It is nice to have 2, so you don’t spin in circles while anchored.

I have just gotten it put on my boat. I plan to fish a couple of days this week and will know for sure as to how it is working. But it fits and looks good on my Key West.

This unit was very easy to install. Make sure you connect through a battery cutoff switch as it will draw current when your boat is not in use. Also, the 2020 model does not come with a foot control and cannot be controlled from your phone. Overall, awesome product and looks cool on the boat!

The talon is perfect as it should be no issue the seller. Stay away from I’ll be finding a different seller when I add my second talon I’m missing the remote no service from them just lip service
