This binder is very cheaply made. I included the photo of the bubbles. The plastic coverings very thin as well. It is a 4$ binder, not a 13$.

The thin vinyl covers were loose fitting. Outer seams were rough cut and scratchy. It's usable. But, I was very underwhelmed with the quality.

I suppose I was fooled by Durable being in the name. Hoping for something that felt like Avery's one step up from econo line, but it's about the quality of $2 Walmart binder.
