The Croquetera is a multipurpose tool to form croquettes, meatballs, potato balls or meat, fritters, sushi… quickly, easily, and always with the same size, shape and weight.

Egal was man damit formen möchte, alles bleibt in und an der Zange kleben.Die Plastikformen zum einfrieren sind auch nicht zu gebrauchen, entweder zu steif oder zu flexibel je nach dem was man will bekommt man sie entweder nicht zu weil sie zu weich sind oder sie gehen sofort wieder auf.

Hält nicht , was es verspricht ! Ich wollte Hackfleischbällchen machen . Um sie schön gleichmäßig geformt zu servieren , hab ich dieses Gerät benutzt . Das Fleisch blieb in der Zange kleben . Hab es zunächst trocken und danach wasserbenetzt probiert . Ging weder so ,noch so . Es war viel zu zeitaufwändig die Bällchen nachzubearbeiten . In meinen Augen ist es nur ein Spielzeug und Platzkiller.

I've used these a few times now to make heathy, oven baked vegetable croquettes from raw grated veggies. These do better if rolled in beaten egg and then perhaps some fine breadcrumbs.I'm concerned that the tongs creak when I'm pressing the halves together, I just hope it doesn't break when preparing for guests. And they only get 4 stars because I bit awkward to disassemble for washing.
