They are easy enough to use, but the cutter doesn't cut very well unless you don't press down hard & then if you press down hard, it doesn't roll well.I ended up using a different cutter to finish up my dumplings with less hassle.As for the dumpling press, you can't really put very much in the dumplings or else it's too full & comes oozing out the sides.It will close them well, I just prefer my dumplings more full than what this allows.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered this months ago. One part (the dough cutter that I didn’t even want) came but NEITHER of the dumpling makers came. I have contacted the company twice and no one has even gotten back to me. Order from elsewhere

Headline says it all. For the price, you can't beat it. I'm a little worried about the metals used, but I have nothing negative to say about it. I've used them twice to make pirogi's.

We have enjoyed this dumpling set. The rolling cutter leaves one little spot poorly sliced, but the dough is easy enough to pull apart everywhere else. There are two molds - nice for two people working together. The molds work great. We found we needed to wet the dough edges to keep it together when we closed the mold. We also used a pasta machine to press the dough to a uniform thickness. It would be nice to have a large cutter and mold, too, to do empanadas.

the thing that makes the circles doesn't cut all the way through. also the second mold is made of a cheaper metal feels a little flimsy. but I have a round cookie cutter the right size and the molds do function for now.
