Durable, easy to use, seals the dough perfectly! Love them and use them often! The tools that came with the molds are useful too! I ended up buying more for all of my kids & sister for Christmas stocking stuffers.

The circles to cut the dough are weak. You have to put a lot of force when using them.The plastic mold broke after the third use.

This "set" arrived incomplete - there were no ring cutters or filling spoons. The set included only two molds- a small and a large. The molds are hard plastic and seem very durable as described.

I mean, if you do these all the time, you might think it's cute, but slower. (Of course, unless you just happen to have the right size classes to cut the dough, they're a value for anyone.) If you don't do them all the time, that's when they have a real value.When I order this set, I was fearful that they very going to be of thin plastic, and more a child's toy than an actual kitchen tool. I can now say that; that is not the case. The presses are actually heavier, thicker, and sturdier than I would have hoped them to be. The metal cutters are a bit thinner than I'd like, But the rounded over upper edge does make them sturdy enough. The spoon and knife(?) are I guess for measuring how much to put into one. They're cute and well-made. Just not sure I'll use.Anyway, I no longer have the excuse that Vareniki are too hard to make for my old-man clumsy fingers. Now, I'll have to get to work. (Back then, my second wife (Ukrainian) could do 4 in the time I could do one. )

This was a good family project. We did learn that you should use a non stick spray on the dumpling makers. Just one spray at the beginning was all it took for us to make a dozen dumplings. It comes with 2 sizes of dumpling presses and 3 sizes of dough cutters. The description says it's also good for making empanadas but there isn't one in the kit large enough for that in my opinion. It does make uniform dumplings. Just don't over fill them or they'll spill out the back side when you close it and then be difficult to get out. Once we got the hang of it, it they started looking really nice and were quick and easy to make.

I was looking for something to use to make home made raviolis, and these will work great. I'm also planning on using them to make bite sized hand pies. The plastic is more sturdy than I thought it would be. Having the circles to cut the dough out first is nice, and they can also be used for cookies or biscuits, so can do multiple jobs. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and would definitely purchase again if I needed to.
