How can you use it?
Keep your drinks warm with this mug warmer. You can select P1/P2 temperature mode by touching the power button. However, we do not recommend using it as a cooking appliance.
Which cups work best?
For maximum heating, thin flat-bottomed cup or honeycomb bottom mug designs work best.
What’s the perfect temperature?

We really liked the warmer it kept things hot but less than three months the device just died for almost 50 dollars I expected it to last longer

I bought this less than 2 months ago for a Christmas present,and you want replace it after 1/31/2024. It doesn’t heat up anymore. I believe this is a defect. I would send the old one back. I’m very dissatisfied with my purchase.Kim Walter

So points for coming well cushioned so nothing was broken, and points that it turns on and heats up, slight smell but nothing awful. The main problem is the instruction booklet doesn't say how to actually set the timer beyond pressing the button - when I press the button it goes right to 8 - it doesn't let me choose a specific time between 1 - 12 which is what the instructions say will happen - so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it is defective. The 'customer service email' is a hotmail account - not an actual company email so now I don't expect to hear from anyone on my question because this is probably a scam which stinks because this was about the only thing I could think of as a Christmas gift for someone this year - so I don't know if I should return it and try again or just give up.

I bought this after my the bottom of my Ember mug rubbed all off.... Unf., even on the highest temp setting, it doesn't keep the coffee / tea very warm until you get to almost the bottom of the cup... wanted to love.... but I don't
