Why did you pick this product vs others?:I ordered this for my 92 year old grandmother, because she takes hours to drink a cup of coffee and my mom is always having to warm it up for her. So, problem solved! She can set this right next to her chair on her little end table, so she has her coffee right next to her, and it's stays warm now!! Works great for her and she loves it! Definitely recommend to keep coffee hot!

Obsessed! Easy to use, it takes about 20 minutes to heat all the way up when I add cold water. Great to keep the tea going at my desk.

It gets hot decently fast.I'm a person that loves coffee in the morning and another that hates when it comes down to room temperature. So, this product fits my needs very well.Sure, we all see a bunch of these types of warmers but when I saw that this one came with a mug that was designed for it, I was instantly sold.I even wanted to give it a test by putting cold water in it and seeing how hot the mug could rise in temp, it surprised me and outstandingly fashion. It rose the waters temp to steaming temperatures. It was very uncomfortable to place my finger in. This just really reassured me that my coffee was going to be kept well hot throughout the entire duration if I find myself overworking and unable to consistently sip it while it's at its warmest. Now it'll always be near its warmest.Very impressedone con I mention about the product is the mugs lid design.The lid for the mug has a tiny hole for you to sip through.This hole is terrible, while sipping my coffee it kept forming bubbles within less than a second of me sipping and the bubble would block the entire hole's entryway from coffee being able to reach me. This bubble would continue to block me from being able to sip the beverage, so I was forced to remove the lid it to enjoy my coffee.Outside of this design flaw everything else is spot on

I take a long time to drink my coffee, so this is a welcome item for me. I've gotten used to drinking room temperature coffee. Having the warmer allowed me to keep it hot. I used a lower setting (100 degrees) using the included mug. It keeps the coffee warm enough to me. In fact, I thought it was too hot on the higher settings, so settled on 100 to keep it to my liking as hot, but not too hot to drink. I drink my coffee black, so can't comment on effect of long heating with milk in it.

This coffee warmer and metal cup set is nice but ultimately, I am not sure how safe this is. The burner gets hot. Like, very hot. At the 120-degree setting, it got my coffee up to 170 degrees. If I had left it on, it would have gotten hotter. Also, during the third time I used it, the heating device started making quite a bit of noise. Popping, whirring, and fizzing. I understand there is likely an internal fan in the device to keep the internals from burning out, but it should not make concerning noises during normal operation.Additionally, mine came with a silver paint smear on the front, which just plays into this being a pretty cheaply/hastily constructed product.

I've tried multiple mug warmers in the last couple of months, trying to find one that's perfect. This one is not perfect, though it's better than some of the others I've tried.The LED display makes it clear what the setting is and how long it will remain on. It's intuitive to operate. The temperature is accurate as far as my taste buds can tell, and it's a good value, considering that it includes a mug.The mug that it comes with is fine, albeit boring. Its stainless but it is not thermal, so it will allow the heat to conduct through the bottom of the mug.The actual size of the heating surface is sized perfectly for the included mug, which is a hair smaller than my favorite flat-bottomed mug. Most other warmers will allow me to very easily use almost any mug that I have - this one restricts me to basic ***** shaped mugs because of it's size.Even so, it does keep my coffee comfortably warm until I'm done drinking it. I appreciate the LED that counts down the time, and how easy it is to use.

Drinking coffee out of a mug is much better experience than a tumbler. This is obviously not made of wood. The plastic construction is not overly cheapy-feeling. It takes up a little bit more desk space than I would like. Overall it tends to heat well and keep the mug warm without being overly hot. It works like I would expect it to. If you're someone who likes a clean looking desk top, this will probably fit your aesthetic albeit looking a little cheap and bulky. However, you'd probably need to spend a lot more in order to get something much nicer.
