The metal piece they glue on the bottom of cup was crooked so the cup don't sit flush on warmer and the glue they used was all over the bottom and side of the cup. I won't order from that company again.

This will be my favorite tea cup for all times!!!!I add warm or hot water from a kettle, my tea bag to my kitty cup then I place it on the hot pad, press the on button (it turns red) and it keeps my tea nice and hot. It is so wonderful for me to be able to reach out and have a cup of tea while I work, and to top it off it is the cutest little kitty cat, with positive words to keep me going!!! Makes a beautiful gift for all. Thank you for such a lovely product, I highly recommend it. It comes in a Beautiful gift box too, I just had to keep it!!!

Absolutely love this kitten mug I got it for my sister for Valentine’s Day and she uses it every day the whole set up is fantastic!The hot plate gets hot super quickly so make sure you’re cautious!

Love this warmer! It literally kept my beverage warm for the whole day at work (5-8hrs; I put it on Hot without the sensor on, then turn it off when I’m done).Most importantly it works with all of my mugs! I want a tool that can warm up any mugs/cups that I have and this serves exactly that *thumbs up*The doggie mug as a whole is really cute, super paw-some, although the angle of the handle is way too narrow to my liking, it doesn’t hurt much with my overall experience.Everything packed nicely and beautifully in a purple box , exactly what the picture shows - good option as gifts for sure!

Excellent quality, the mug has a nice weight to it and feels well made. It is painted in very nice colour and very nice finish all around. The base is really good quality and keeps great temperature on both settings. Overall a very nice festive gift that will brighten any desk - home or office.
