I installed this on a Honda 300L and had to change the order of the wiring on the connector. Two great things about this is that the wiring color of the relay flasher is the same as for Honda so all I had to do is line up the the colors and voila! So If it doesn't work verify your wiring order. The second point is that unpinning the connectors is fairly easy. Good product and eliminated the Hyperflash.

This did not work right off as the lights just turned on but never flashed then not to mention 2 minutes after plugging it in it exploded like a small firecracker and blew out the little back plate cover which went flying across the shed

The good news is, is does stop hyper flash after installing LEDs and it's cheaper than CustomLEDs ELFR-1 that has the same issues. It also has the rubber mounting strap so you can reinstall in the original location.The bad news is, it also stops your self-cancelling signals AND it stops push to cancel (metric bikes) from working. The only way to get them to stop flashing is to bump the switch back to the middle.The pins also have to rearranged for a Honda.With the clip facing up and away from you, looking at the back, it's L-R: Black (Batt), Grey (Load Out), Green (Ground, but it's not hooked to anything inside)It's basically a 2 pin flasher, being sold as a 3 pin because they stuck an extra DEAD "ground" wire in it.
