It is a bit sluggish, but for the price I think it is an excellent value. I was unable to set it up using Linux, but I installed Windows and it works great.

I had high hopes for this little guy, but kind of knew right after I ordered that I'd be disappointed, and as it turns out, I was. After taking it out of the box and plugging everything in, I was optimistic after seeing the CyberGeek splash screen, but knew something was wrong when after 5 minutes it still hadn't booted. So I powered off and restarted, nothing, tried it again, nothing, and finally on the 4th try, it booted to the desktop. Not off to a good start.I set everything up, connected all of my devices, and everything seemed to be working fine, so I left it idle overnight. The next morning, I found that my bluetooth mouse and keyboard had been disconnected. I connected a usb mouse and keyboard, and tried to reconnect the bluetooth. Lo and behold, the onboard bluetooth module was no longer recognized by the OS.I could have kept troubleshooting, but I really didn't feel like fixing something before I could even use it, so I figured I'd cut my losses and just make a return.I don't know, based on the other reviews and my own experience, I kind of get the sense that this company is selling cheap mini pcs with parts they haven't made sure are functional.

First off, the system does work as expected. There are some caveats, however. In my case I was having trouble getting output to the second monitor (via the DisplayPort connection). At first I thought it was due to the KVM switch. However, with some more digging I found that even connecting the monitor directly to the DP connection (via a DP/HDMI cable) there was still no output to the monitor. I know the monitor and cable both work as I have used them both with a different PC. So the problem is with the port on this PC. I haven't heard back from the vendor yet about whether there is a way to diagnose the issue. In the meantime, I have ordered a USB-C/HDMI adapter to use that port to see if I can get the second monitor that way. If that works then I will call it good as I only need two monitors. The other issue I have is that I am using this PC for development. Especially for Android development. One of the things needed for this is to make use of virtual devices for running apps in different environments to see how they work. Unfortunately I had no end of trouble getting this up and running. This is a Ryzen system so it should (and actually does) support virtualization. However, the settings in the BIOS were wrong and it took me a week to find someone who could help me determine which BIOS settings to change. Once I got that done I now have virtualization up and running as I expected. However, the 'customer support' team at CyberGeek were not helpful at all. I was told that this particular model doesn't support virtualization. I wonder if they have anyone that actually understands their own products.Anyway, assuming I get the second monitor going I will be reasonably happy with the system. It is fast with enough memory and disk that I will be able to use this for some time to come.

I bought this mini pic in January, and it was 6% cheaper after current coupon applied. That's pretty high inflation in 4 months, and wonder if its due to tariffs. That said, after 4 months of use, I could not be happier with it. It is my first mini-pc and works flawlessly. I did have some trouble initially connecting bluetooth mouse and keyboard, and needed wired versions to setup the bluetooth (unable to point/click/key without the wired version).I bought it primarily for the value and the pre-installed Ubuntu, for programming work.(Unrelated to the Mini PC - if you do everything online I recommend dumping Windows and getting an Ubuntu system - the GUI is as good and the performance is much better.)This unit is fast, quiet, portable and compared to similar specs for larger computers or laptops, incredibly high value. You will need your own screen & keyboard/mouse but if you're like me, you already have plenty lying around.

The one with the Ryzen 7 5700U is amazing. Great Linux support, Ubuntu seemed to run fine but I removed it in favor of Gentoo. Had some troubles getting GRUB installed because the motherboard doesn't seem to support EFI variables, but installing grub with the removable option to /EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.efi worked. Compiles very well with 16 threads, and the 32gb model I got is very stable at -j16 jobs. Would highly recommend to anyone, as it was only like $377 and delivers compilation power comparable to my $1.4k r9 laptop, especially if you're in the professional/softdev sector and don't need a dGPU.

I have purchased two of these products:5700UI had to double check that it was on because it was so quiet. The noisiness of the N5095A model is not present in this model. I got the 64 GB, 2TB SSD for a bit over $500. For this price point, it is nothing short of amazing. I am able to run 2 emulated phones on Android Studio, and have yet to see it struggle. It is a fantastic machine with some real power.N5095AI purchased the 16GB version. You will have zero problem streaming Netflix or YouTube or Disney plus simultaneously. I did struggle to run two emulated phones in an Android Studio development environment. As others have mentioned, the fan is loud.
