The HP Elitedesk 800 Mini PC was as described and functions well. I am satisfied with the purchase.Shipping was very slow and missed the promised dates. Also, while the PC itself was genuine HP, the keyboard included was not. It was a piece of generic junk worth at most 99 cents. I still gave a 4 star rating because the refurbished PC is cosmetically pretty clean and the price was reasonable. The keyboard and mouse would not even have rated one star.

I purchased 10 of these, and only 4 of them have 512 GB SSDs, The 4 512s are M.2, but the rest have 480 GB 2.5" standard SATA SSDs. I reported to them, and after sending them pictures of every one, they agreed to send me the 512 M.2 drives that were missing. One of them has 2 dead USB 3 ports and they offered a USB hub. In order to attach a standard SATA drive to these there is a special tray with the SATA plug that has a flat ribbon to the motherboard like a laptop touchpad or keyboard. Those aren't included on the ones with the M.2 drives so wouldn't be able to use standard SATA drive as is. Also the connector for the ribbon on the motherboard is missing on a couple of them and broken on one even if you did buy the standard SATA tray. All of them were out of date on firmware as well. Finally, none of them had the wi-fi antennae connected to the wi-fi card.
