Love the fact you don't have to have a special charger in order to charge the battery. My phone cord can charge the battery and I always have a phone cord on me. The longevity has been great so far. Would purchase again for a replacement.

Functionality: This battery worked in my Nikon Z50 II, which I recently discovered doesn't like some third party batteries. The battery charges and works without issues.Included cable: I find it puzzling that they included a USB-C to C cable instead of A to C. The only thing I have that I can connect the other end to (without an adapter) is my computer. Alas, I am seeing more and more prevalence of USB-C nowadays so perhaps they're merely being future oriented. Anyway, an adapter or A to C cable is easy to procure.Battery cover: The battery cover obscures access to the charging port. I wanted to be able to have the battery cover on when charging the battery outside of the camera, so I just cut out a small area.Overall: Good battery that works with Nikon Z50 II that can be charged outside of the camera with a cable and USB power source. Would recommend.

The excellent feature of this battery is that it can be charged directly from a USB charger without the need for a battery charger. The battery has a USB-C port and the wall charger plugs directly into the battery. A USB-C cable is enclosed with the battery. The battery can be recharged up to 500 times.

I used this battery. To test it, I first gave it a full charge. Then, used it in my Z-50 to take as many static videos as I could. I got 13, 20–30-minute videos of a blank wall. Later, similar results were duplicated. The camera would shut itself off after its predetermined time of basically doing nothing and determining no motion. This was pretty good. Then, I recharged it using the built in charging port and an everyday power strip with built in USB charger. No high speed or special device. The battery was recharged when I looked bac at it about 1.5 hours later. It may possibly have recharged sooner. I also recharged through the camera's built in USB charging port. There were no problems using either.I found the built in charging port to be a major convenience! I can't count the number of times I have been taking pictures and have to change batteries; but have to recharge the dead battery with a special charger! Something else to carry around on vacation, just being about trying to be creative, or worse; those few times I actually get paid.With this battery, just plug it into your car charging port with a dollar store wire, or any other charger and you're back in business, charging as you drive to your next destination. I wish all of my batteries were like this. Just plug it into the hotel lamp/charger.One more final, but very important thing: The Fit! You might not think of it until you get a battery that is too snug, or loose. I have some other batteries that came with a dual charger. They fit, but are way too snug and do not eject easily. You have to tap the camera to get them out. Not these. They fit just fine, Nikon Z-50. If it fits this it should fit the other models just fine.No problems with heat, fit, charging, start up, shipping time, packing or anything else I can think of. Next time I need batteries, I will be looking this one up. I am very happy with this battery.

In terms of charge speed and longevity, this battery performs as well as the OEM battery that came with the Z50. But there's a very big feature difference: This model charges from a USB-C port, so there's no need to carry around a charger. That's a great feature; I don't see myself ever again purchasing a camera battery without it.

I've had mixed results with non-Nikon batteries in the past, sometimes they are great, sometimes they don't last as long on a charge and sometimes the camera displays a warning message and refuses to work with the aftermarket battery.The Llano EN-EL25 battery works exactly the same as a Nikon battery in the Nikon ZFc camera. It also can be charged with the Nikon MH32 wall charger, with the included USB-C cable or inside the ZFc camera with a USB-C cable. It's well packaged and comes with a cover for the battery contacts which is important if you fly commercial airlines.
