This 2-pack replacement ring battery set is super handy! I not only get two ring batteries but I get a charger too! You can now charge any of your spare ring batteries two at a time with this one device. The charging speed is good. These batteries are about as good as the ring brand ones and are a blessing to have.

I ordered these as a replacement for ones that were no longer holding a charge. I love the fact that these come with a charging dock. I am able to charge them by dropping both in one dock instead of finding two charging cables. Each battery has an indicator light that shows the charge status. If it is red, it is charging. Green means its finished charging. The included dock also has indicator lights which was surprising but appreciated. I can see both lights instead of trying to peer around to the other side. Once installed in my cameras, they hold a charge and have no issues maintaining that charge using the solar trickle chargers I have attached to each one. Great batteries that look and feel like the original but with the added convenience of a charging dock and cable that is included.

This 2-pack of Ring battery replacements is exactly what I was looking for. They are an exact match for the original Ring batteries that came with my cameras, both in terms of fit and performance. Installation was effortless—they clicked right into place with no issues, and my Ring cameras recognized them immediately.The included dual battery charger. It's a fantastic addition that allows me to charge both batteries at the same time, which is a huge time-saver. The charger has clear indicator lights that let me know when each battery is fully charged. It uses a USB-C connection, so charging is faster and more convenient than older micro-USB chargers.Performance-wise, these batteries are very comparable to the original Ring batteries. These are Ring compatible batteries that work in Ring cameras and doorbells. Unless you have a solar panel on your outdoor Ring camera or doorbell, your batteries will need to be removed, charged, and replaced as the batteries are used up. This can be a hassle and can be often if you get a lot of motion recording activity. Having spare batteries on hand will allow you to just swap out the batteries and charge the dead ones at your convenience. These function and look the same as Ring brand batteries with one exception. These have an additional charging port on the bottom of the batteries. Also, the dual charger that comes with this kit can only charge batteries with this additional charge port on the bottom. That means your dual charger will not charge Ring brand batteries and you won't be able to charge these batteries on a Ring brand charger. Otherwise a smart purchase for Ring device owners.

This Ring replacement batteries and charger combo is a budget friendly alternative to the OEM ones. They feel solidly constructed, and the charging stand is compact and a convenient way to recharge the batteries. It has indicator lights that change from red to green when they’re fully charged. However, it’s worth noting that the charging stand comes with a USB A to C cable but lacks a charging block.One issue I faced with my Ring spotlight cam equipped with a solar panel was that the battery wasn’t recognized after installing the second battery. The Ring app still indicated “add a battery” under Battery 2. However, it was only recognized after a camera reboot.A day later, the first battery completely discharged due to repeated motion detection. (My fault; it was linked to a motion sensor path light that kept triggering.) Despite the camera shutting down and not switching to the second battery, it briefly powered back on with the second battery. However, the first battery was no longer recognized or recharged by the solar panel. It subsequently went offline for a few hours for an unknown reason, but when it came back online, it again recognized both batteries and was being recharged by the solar panel.I’m not certain if this is a battery issue, as I’ve read forums where the original batteries also fail to be recognized. I’m more inclined to believe this is a software problem with the Ring camera and not a battery problem.Ring offers this exact combination of two batteries and a charging stand for triple the cost, so this is a great deal. I still highly recommend this affordable alternative to extend the runtime of your Ring cameras. Having additional batteries will also allow you to take more frequent snapshots, record for longer durations, and keep motion detection enabled at all times.
