I have 2 small yorkies, one 4 & the pup is 9 months.I only bought the small one & they both wanted it so I had to take turns when 1 was doing something else.So I ordered the medium & of course the pup wanted the big one. They will probably will last a long time. I haven’t tried any toothpaste yet

My dog had it torn up in less than 5 minutes. The idea is great but it just doesn’t work for dogs who destroy literally everything they can gnaw on.

My dog won't play with it because he is spoiled and picky, but the toy itself is great. No problems with it and great for heavy chewers.

I like the soft silicone that is easy to clean and doesn’t damage my dogs gums while she chews on this with the added dog toothpaste.

I'm not one to leave reviews, so it has to be something special if I do leave one. This is AMAZING! I've searched for a toothbrush toy option for my small dogs (Maltese, Maltipoo, and Schnoodle), and this is the first one I've tried that is small enough for their mouths and keeps them interested. They've all been using it (cleaning in between uses, of course), even without toothpaste. Worth every penny!

It was hard to get the toothpaste in and my puppy chewed the the bottom off during the first use
