I've never used one before so when I turned it on after fully charging it I was highly disappointed and thought it was broken when it didn't even make a noise and didn't even like it was vibrating. But there's the beauty innit that it's literally vibrating at ultrasonic frequencies. Now to verify that it's working, simply place the hook while it's on under running water. The water will evaporate off of the hook. This device is very lightweight and it does feel cheap but five stars because it does work. There's a steep learning curve but very short too on learning how to use this device. The other learning curve is The user has to let the vibrations do to work and user can't allow the hook to stay on one part of the teeth without moving or you'll probably lightly damage a tooth. So my best advice is just be gentle literally let the ultrasonic vibrations remove the plaque. For a heavy buildup the strong feature works. My dogs weren't too happy with it at first but they weren't crazy uncomfortable with it being so close to their ear just like any vibrating object dogs are going to be scared at first. At the end of the day this product works as advertised.

This product was even better than I could've ever imagined. My dog is 14, and she has never allowed me to brush her teeth. This year she had a surgery which prohibits her from chewing on hard treats and food which before would remove some plaque. The vet wanted to charge my family over 1k to clean her teeth, and I wanted to avoid that at all costs. When I started cleaning her teeth with this product, I got super excited. After having worked at it all day with her, her teeth look better than they have in over 5 years. I'm amazed. She will be so pleased and so will my pockets. Really recommand👍

This is clearly a good product. Cleaned the plague right off my dogs teeth. She has to adjust to the sound it makes when it is hitting the places with plague at first, but all-in-all she is doing great with it. And her breath has gotten so much better after her cleaning. And I have recommended this product to all my friends and family. Thank you for making it accessible:)
