This is what I play on all of my basses. White Neon on my black bass and the Black Beauty’s on my other ones! Great sound, easy feeling and long lasting! Then top all that off with the coolest look!!

These are fun for the effect of white strings on your bass, however, there's a significant dulling of the sound. I suppose, with the right amp tuning or an FX you could brighten it up but the punch isn't there.

I have been using these for about 5yrs now. Whenever I go to restring my bass this is my go to. They look great and sound great. They feel good and they keep they're color for a long time before showing signs of wear. Even when using a pic.

Desde que empecé a usar cuerdas DR no he dejado de hacerlo, simplemente la calidad la sientes en los dedos y en el sonido y la serie Neón le dan un toque de lujo a la vista, 100% recomendado

Beautiful strings. No sacrifice in sound. Unfortunately, the B string was defective and started tapering at the third fret, rendering all notes behind that useless. Even more unfortunately I missed the return deadline and I'm stuck with it. 😔

I like DR bass strings. But this is the worst set of strings I have ever purchased. The winding has huge rough gaps and the string tone was literally dead the first gig I played them. I have never had to purchase two sets of strings in a month before. DR regular strings are great but Neon is a definite "No-No" the rest of my career. It was worth a shot. Delivery was fine and prompt. Good packaging.

So the strings are great; they sound nice and look beautiful! Perfect for any normal bass. However, I bought these to use on my Steinberger, which has an adaptor that allows me to use single ball strings. I managed to put these on ok, but sadly the coating seemed to interfere with the coiling when used in conjunction with the adaptor. As such, they occasionally pop out of the adaptor while I'm playing. I don't want to fully blame these strings for this issue, as it could be me, or the adaptor. I plan on testing some uncoated strings to see if it's just the nature of the adaptor and not these strings. In the meantime, I'll be picking up another pair of these for a regular bass, because they're certainly great strings.

I love these strings! There smooth on the fingers and keep a great tone for a long time. The white didn't glow as well as the same strings in green and they get dirty fairly quickly but the crowds didn't notice.
