The strings were ordered direct from Dean Markley. The A string arrived completely dead with entirely different characteristics from the remaining strings. In any event it was so dead it was unplayable. I tried to find support of any kind on the Dean Markley website and there is absolutely none. Thirty bucks down the drain. I bought these for my Sadowsky Will Lee because this is supposed to be what he plays. I am sure he gets his for free. I cannot afford to get new strings that are unplayable and unsupported.
