Very very disappointed. So I end up giving this particular product 2 Chances. the first one, the right handle was broken and a little bit of scratches but that wasn't a big deal for me .considering that that was the only problem, I gave it a second chance and ordered a second one and send back the 1st one. the second one came in. When I open the box it looked extremely used, rust, and scratches all over.Better off spending $10 moreFor a different product it looks exactly the same except is better polish better equipment comes also with the front stand for the wheel and the metal bar for the back wheel.👇👇👇👇👇 way better productBalanceFrom Bike Trainer Stand Steel Bicycle Exercise Magnetic Stand with Front Wheel Riser Block https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0872255PS/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_W71CFbKKRE2C1

I bought this mainly for winter use. I will be honest, I did not set this up. My husband did but he set it up and was done very fast. I am not mechanically inclined. It doesnt rock or wiggle and I can just leave the Tv on while i work out. On noise level i would say its about 3 or 4 out of 10 because there is SOME noise from where your back tire rubs. Most of the nose was from my bike more than stationary piece. It does come with gauge settings to make it easier or harder, but I didnt feel like it make it harder.

I chose this for the price point and amount of weight it can hold because I have two larger men that may hop on and use.It fits my road canon dale with no taking off of tires, or changing through bolt quick release things- it delivered well a bit of the friction noise at 65 decibels is kind of high for me and annoying to hear so it’s NOT noiseless or quiet if you are sensitive to sounds- but overall the same as an indoor treadmill. It is a bit uneven resistance and would work well with clip in shoesI’ll keep it anyway-

My knees are failing and I needed something to exercise them without the pressure of weight or pounding on them. This was the answer. I hadn't been able to use my bicycle for some time now and it hooked up very easy. I did it myself without any help. I don't set any resistance so that the stress on my knees is minimal. The stand is sturdy and quiet. I'm so glad I purchased this. It came in a timely manner and was packaged very well. It was missing a nut on the resistance selector that you attach to your handlebars, but it was easy to find another one in the garage. I don't consider that a problem.

This bike trainer stand has a lot going for it, for the price. It's fairly sturdy, collapsible, and it's really fast and easy to mount and unmount your bike. You'll need to get a stabilizer for your front wheel as an additional purchase, but that's true of all trainer stands. It comes mostly assembled, and you just have to put together the resistance wheels. Putting it together is just a little bit tricky for such a simple rig, if you try to follow the instructions - the instructions are truly, remarkably terrible. But it shouldn't take long to figure it out. I recommend looking at the picture online and figuring it out that way.You will also be acquainted with how cheap the materials are when you assemble it. Be aware that there is a weight limit on this rig (which INCLUDES the bike - you'll have to take the weight of yourself AND your bike into consideration), and I would not go anywhere near that limit, certainly not over it. It's fairly sturdy for the price, but doing standing pedaling up on my bike while it's in this trainer feels a little uneasy, and I'm well under the weight limit. The adjustment dial that clips onto your handlebars is fairly useful, but don't expect it to be like an exercise bike at the gym. You may want to secure the long line to your bike frame somewhere with a twist tie, as it has a tendency to get caught up in the pedals if left loose. Also, you can adjust the baseline minimum resistance. If your wheel is out of true at all, that will significantly affect the consistency of the resistance.I find this trainer to be remarkably quiet in the room, but it's actually much louder for our neighbors downstairs. We originally had a 1/4" PVC mat just to protect the floor, but had to get a 1" recycled rubber mat to put underneath, in order to absorb some of the sound of the vibration. So if you live in a flat or apartment that is upstairs, be aware that this may be excessively noisy for neighbors downstairs, and a thin rubber or PVC mat won't help.

I am an amateur spinner (took some classes in college). I asked for a cute huffy regular olde bike for Christmas (I'm now a mother of two and 3 year post graduation) so I could take lots of bike rides outside when it gets nice trailing my children. Nothing special about my bike. No handle bar breaks even. I adjusted my seat height so that my leg length was just right. I rotated my handle bars so they faced opposite for normal riding. I set my bike on this inexpensive trainer and wolla a spinning bike. The hand adjustment was my biggest concern at purchasing but it works very well. It doesn't go from no resistance to extreme like a spinning bike can, but for this " I once was an athlete" It is giving me the workout that I miss. The trainer was easy to set up. Its not loud (I can bike without waking my children who sleep above me spinning) It doesn't "walk" (I'm on indoor/outdoor carpet) but I do have to make sure its all lined up before I start...I would say that's normal. I have only taken 15 min. rides and I have been doing them daily since I got it. I am not noticing any break down of the trainer.
