I wish I'd known that this product was the way it was before I wasted my time with it, it was a big disappointment. And now I have to take my bike to a shop to get it fixed.

This trainer requires the rear tire of your bike to have a quick release on it. The trainer supplies a quick release in the packaging. I wasn't convinced the supplied quick release fit the connection on the trainer well. My bike was a 24" tire and this trainer was able to accommodate that smaller size tire! I thought it was a great idea! My frustration was with my bike which was not built well by the manufacturer of the bike. I couldn't remove my rear tire to modify it to a quick release assembly. I wanted this to work but out if frustration returned the bike and trainer. My suggestion is buy a bike with a quick release rear tire already in place. I believe this product is going to be wonderful for some one! Maybe even me, in the future. Made in China. Shipping box smelled funky like mold. Warning on instructions said the mount get HOT after use so be careful.

This is a great trainer for the money. The adjustment works well and it's easy to set up.
