I use this almost every morning to measure matcha for my morning latte. It is super accurate and responsive. So easy to use and clean and the price cannot be beat. Fits well in my matcha station and the little hello as it turns on is cute.

I brew coffee like my Dad taught me – one measure of ground coffee for each cup, and one for the pot. It works well for me even when brewing my coffee in a French Press. However, I mainly drink espresso, and a scale like this is essential for people seriously into mastering the art. For example, you want the espresso machine to start delivering the brew by 15 seconds in, and be complete in 30 seconds. The shot should have a specific weight as well. I’m happy to play it loose with the French press, but apparently a scale like this can be useful for folks doing pour-over.I should mention that I have a 100g weight and the scale is accurate, as is the timer.
