Piece of crap, it has been on for 3 hours, wasted 2+ gallons of bottled water cause the water gets sprayed on to the grids and the water just winds up in the drain. I need a bigger buclet to catch the water. Dont they do a quality service to make sure it is.working before it leaves the factory??

First I bought a $50 one. It was awful and slow even though it had good reviews. Our refrigerator doesn’t make enough ice for us and this is great, it’s fast and makes plenty. The ice is a nice size and will even work in our refrigerator dispenser. The ice does come out in big chunks but I just hit it with a mallet and how it in the freezer. It doesn’t keep the ice frozen you have to remove the ice.

When I plugged unit in it immediately shorts the breaker. I contacted seller and they will take care of problem.
