I was given rather large domed children, which is wonderful, they are very smart, but it does make the little headrests for car seats they can use a tad slim! These however are study enough to hold their heads up, and adjustable enough to accommodate them! I am always paranoid about positional asphyxiation (when their head slumps all the way down while asleep and restricts their airway) and this helps give me peace of mind as well as makes them much more comfortable!

Because of the material, when my daughters head would start falling forward the elastic would slide, loosening it so either her head would fall forward any way or the headband would fall around her neck needing to be constantly adjusted. Tried tying off the end so it wouldn't loosen, and that worked a little better. Still looking for a better solution.

It’s good and flexible. Not too expandable and not solid. It absorbs sweat due to the material of the band. My child is able to pull it down when the feeling of sleeping hits and pushes it up once awoken. 😊

sometimes we go out to a trip, or even for a walk and on the way back my toddler take a nap, so we bought it and is very good! Holds the head well, and the fabric is soft and does not harm the skin, you also can adjust the size. Definitely I recommend
