As a CPST (Child Passenger Safety Technician), Mom, and Injury Prevention Specialist, I can assure you this is NOT safe for use in your infants seat. The around the head wrap is too heavy for an infants head and can push their chin to their chest, posing a great suffocation risk. If you are concerned about your childs head, please consult a CPST in your area or contact your car seat manufacturer for other options. These are not crash tested and can play a greater risk in injuring your child or causing the seat to be defective in an accident. Please do not purchase these for yourself or anyone you know.

My daughter HATES her car seat… this helped make it more comfortable for her to where she sleeps in the car for most of the car ride now. Before she just screamed, so definitely recommend this product.
