I'm not sure why this has poor reviews. It's a standard configuration for the PT2399 delay chip. It's not the greatest delay, but it's cheap and widely available. If you want to play with one, but don't want to wire it up, here you go.Pro - it includes a voltage regulator, so you can feed it 9V or 12V instead of 5VCon - no delay time adjustment, and adding it could be easier. You have to remove a rather small SMD resistor, and install your own potentiometer. They give you a footprint for the pot, but it's full of solder that you have to remove first.
