The Controller is a good one but when I did not get a Receiver with it I contacted them and they told me that they do not have the Receiver's that are supposed to be with it. That they are only selling the Controller which is not what they are Advertising. So if you want a Controller only and are willing to spend $42.00 for one then this is a good one But you can find one cheaper else where. I would suggest buying a controller with a receiver from someone who is actually selling a real Microsoft controller an receiver like Microsoft or check around town where you live for one. This seller is false advertising this product.

I've used PS3, PS4, and XBOX One controllers and I still like this Xbox 360 controller the best of any of them. I use this one both on my 360 as well as with my computer and Steam link (Make sure you buy one with a receiver if you want to use it that way).

I bought the wireless controller after the wired one i bought in 2015 started to dc due to the cord being loose. The cord only became an issue after being hard yanked by a running family member on May 28, 2019 . It was still playable but if you moved the cord it would dc for a few seconds. I will add a photo of the wired controller i had and how i kept the cord stable after the incident. It ran a good 4 years but that one hard pull really destroyed the stability it had.Now for the wireless one.. i ordered it on May 30, 2019 and it arrived on May 31, 2019. It came in its package with the controller, receiver, 2 AA batteries, the disk containing the software, and manual. Everything mentioned in the description.I use a pc, windows 7.I didn't have to use the disk provided to download the software for the remote since i had previously installed it when i bought the wired one 4 years ago. If this is your first remote then you would have to download the software using the disk. Add the 2 AA batteries to the controller, plug in the receiver, press and hold the xbox symbol on the controller to turn it on. Go to the receiver and press+hold the button until the light starts blinking and on the controller press+hold the tiny button located near the right side of the Left Bumper button until the xbox symbol lights up in a circular motion.. wait like 3 seconds and bam it's paired. Enjoy your game.

The controller works pretty well. I usually use it to run my steam games on as I do enjoy having the controller feel versus the keyboard feel especially if I want to play while sitting on the couch or something. The cable is long so if you need to move the receiver closer you can. I haven't had too many issues with connectivity. The battery cover can be a little annoying to remove along with trying to get the battery out. I enjoy the xbox one controller more for changing out the battery. The controller itself is really nice. It doesn't have any issues with joy stick or buttons. Overall I highly recommend this controller

It arrived late and drifts. I had to fix it myself. I would advise to look somewhere else if you don't want to risk the chance of getting a controller that drifts.

Put 3 stars before buying it because:I am confused why there are only 2 reviews on this product if it seems like such good deal. I am buying this for a friends birthday which is a month from now but bying it early to see if its real. I will update once it arrives if it is a real Microsoft product or not because I have literally been searching for hours for a Xbox 360 controller that my friend can use on steam(deciding on getting wireless so he can use Controller companion as well).

Finally went wireless since the wired market just went crazy everywhere. I can surely say, its of noticeably lesser quality than a wired one. Little nubs on sticks less pronounced, annd the left stick already has that lousy crunchy feeling when moving forward and along the north edge. The wireless part is alright. But battery pack takes up room. Fingers have less space in back. Batteries last...longer than I suspected, having not used AA batteries for anything in many many years...and yeah, no more cord to trip over. But. Well, if you can go wired, go wired. The USB dongle was a bit annoying to work, even on win7. Not plug n play. Also, its ONLY for 360 wireless controllersNo support for anything else. Meh.

After having used the Xbox 360 for gaming for quite a few years, I switched over to PC recently. One of the main reasons I was drawn to console gaming was the fact you could use a controller and relax on the couch while playing games. With this item, you can do exactly that only by using a PC.I already owned multiple controllers but since this product was only a bit more expensive than just the wireless adapter I went for this instead. Controller works great and the adapter works great, it's really responsive and I could play Skyrim for example exactly like I did on xbox 360, only this time on PC.Setup was incredibly easy, you simply plug the adapter and install the drivers from the software CD or from the internet and follow the on-screen instructions. The adapter works for any Xbox 360 Wireless Controller and not just the one this bundle came with. The controller that comes included with this bundle is the Xbox 360 Slim controller, which is newer than the original 360 controller though I don't believe there is a lot of difference between the two (aside from the colours)Please note that not all PC games have controller support, or at least not native. You can find more information about this for specific games by looking it up on the internet.From what I've read I gathered that Microsoft is working on getting the Xbox One controller to work with Windows/PC's, which should supposedly be done in 2014. So while I'd easily recommend this item to anyone who wants to occasionally (or always) use a(n Xbox 360 Wireless) controller for PC gaming, you might want to wait and see what will happen with the Xbox One controller. It would probably be more expensive though, it could take quite a while before it actually releases and I'm really used to the 360 controller so for me this was a great purchase.

Salve a tutti.Inutile dirvi che questo prezzo è stato il più basso trovato in rete e nei negozi, considerando che insieme al controller ho acquistato il ricevitore PC che mi permetterà di collegarlo al pc e di poter ospitare fino ad un massimo di quattro controller poter ospitare fino ad un massimo di quattro controller.Acquistandoli separatamente su altri store online, tipo Ebay avrei superato in qualsiasi combinazione i 50 euro, per questo motivo vi avviso che un prezzo cosi basso, nonostante l'uscita della Xbox One non è presente da nessun'altra parte.Non ho la Xbox 360, il mio è stato un acquisto fortemente voluto per poter giocare al PC, mia grande passione. Ho sempre considerato questo tipo di apparecchio la perfezione fatta CONTROLLER.Maneggevole, ben strutturato, leggero, costruito con materiali non scadenti e facile da installare è compatibile con il 90% dei giochi PC e con tutti i sistemi operativi WINDOWS dall'XP a Windows 8.Io l'ho utilizzo su un pc che ha ormai 5 anni (ma siamo ai livelli di XBOX ONE E PLAY STATION 4 come potenza computazionale...se non oltre) con Windows 7 Ultimate installato, ma ho notizie certe che il controller funziona anche su sistemi operativi più vecchi e quelli più recenti di casa Microsoft.Il pack contiene, oltre al controller, l'adattatore per pc con presa usb dove è possibile collegare fino a 4 controller xbox 360, 2 pile alkaline Duracell, il cd-rom con i driver per consentire all'apparecchio di comunicare con il pc, vari libricini con le istruzioni con le principali lingue europee tra cui l'italiano.Il controller ha due levette analogiche, quella a sinistra situata più in alto della levetta destra che è invece allineato con i quattro pulsanti in croce. De toda la vida he jugado al ordenador con mi teclado y ratón, y como mucho he utilizado joystick allá por la época dorada de los simuladores espaciales, así que cada vez que cogía un mando de estos en casa de alguien no acertaba dos seguidas.Me lo compré para poder jugar al Lego del señor de los anillos ya que decían que con teclado y ratón era más difícil, y después de probarlo con ese y otros juegos la verdad es que ahora me cuesta volver al teclado y ratón!, aunque haya juegos donde no te quede más remedio.Para mi, que soy mucho de jugar desde el sofá/cama me encanta poder usarlo bajo una mantita en invierno mientras estoy tumbado, ya que funciona bastante bien a distancias largas o incluso desde otra habitación.No requiere prácticamente nada de configuración, sólo instalar un software que te viene en CD, enchufarlo para sincronizar el receptor con el mando y listo. A partir de ahí solo es necesario encender el mando antes de cargar el juego y estos lo reconocerán automáticamente. La mayoría de juegos ya soportan el mando de forma completa.Tampoco hay problemas en usar varios mandos en un mismo PC. En mi caso he llegado a usar hasta 3 a la vez en el mismo juego. Para esto obviamente el juego debe poder soportar multijugador local para todos ellos.La única pega que le pongo es en relación al botón de las flechas (no se qué nombre tiene exactamente), que no está fino del todo y muchas veces te coge la pulsación de la flecha que no es. Afortunadamente no se usa mucho.
