I don't understand how you can design a product for such a narrow task, and still fail so badly. I bought these after the pair of onion glasses I've had for 7+ years finally bit the dust. These simply don't work. The foam seal is tiny and rigid and doesn't actually seal around the eyes. The first onion I cut, I was immediately tearing up as badly as if I weren't wearing them at all. Returned.

I'm an enthusiastic amateur cook and over the years "onion tears" increasingly became a problem. Seeking an easy solution, I bought these kitchen goggles. As I was chopping onions today for minestrone I noticed at least a 90% reduction in eye irritation and zero tears. They work. Money well spent.

I used the goggles for eye protection when going out in public during this pandemic. They are not the prettiest sight but serve the purpose.

I bought this for cutting the onion, it works very good. Because it has the sponge around inside. It can seal very well around my eyes. And now it has another function is that I will wear it when going out for grocery shopping with my mask on. Unexpected function. But it’s good.

Unfortunately they don’t fit tight to my face so I still have an issue with onions though not as bad as without them. Well made and would probably fit well if you had a larger face.

This pair of glasses I bought to use to chop onions and to also act as moisture goggles for my dry eyes. These glasses came with a microfiber case and cloth and for the price I paid it was worth every penny. Not only did it make chopping onions less painful, I kept the goggles on when taking the turkey out of oven to baste. It helped prevent my eyes from getting the blast of hot oven heat and they were so comfortable to wear I just kept them on while working in the kitchen with the oven on. It won’t last forever but when they break down I will gladly buy an identical pair.

I bought these for my son for the virus (covid19) related protection, and even thought they are not for this purpose I feel a sense of security.The only things it's that the first time that I put the ear hook that came with it, it brake at the moment. I think they are now for me lol. But generally they are good and comfortable.
