Still terrible now the remote won't even turn on. This product sucks and the fact that I have tried to communicate these issues to the seller several times in the first several months of owning it. The least they could do is respond and resolve the issue, send a replacement or refund me my money so I can purchase a product that actually works. Horrible customer service as well as product.We bought this in February at first it was great then the I noticed it was not working properly sometimes the buttons work most of the time they don't. And the distance is off on it. I don't know if it's a common thing for this if everyone is having the same issues or if it's just mine that's defective. It was helping train our golden retriever and for the price I would think it would work excellent with no issues. It's very frustrating. Will change my review if the issue is resolved.

The collars battery life is as advertised but setting the fence boundary is not. It goes off randomly no matter how many times we've tried to reset it. Very disappointed in the product because the fence setting was the main reason for purchasing it. Most collars offer beep vibrate and shock, so I thought this collar was giving something extra. Unfortunately that is nor the case.

The product was working great. We were getting ready to go for a walk and I had or doberman off leash getting ready to put him in the car when a guy walked past with his dog. My doberman ran up to them and I used tge shock set at 14. That didn't detur our doberman so I reached to grab his collar and grabbed the collar for the device instead and it broke right off in my hand. It broke the plastic that the nylon goes through on the side. Our doberman is only 8 months old. Very disappointed paying $170 and it lasted 2 months. I will change my review if they replace the broken collar.

The alarm goes off all the time. If my dog goes behind a tree (within the distance set on the remote), too close to the remote, if it's cloudy, WHATEVER, it's beeping. Also, the vibration, no matter the level, is not enough to deter the dog (granted, I wouldn't want anything more severe since it just goes off all the time). Absolutely a waste of time and money. Going to return once I can find a decent replacement.

too slow to react. i set it for the minimum alert distance. walked the collar out into the common area. took 3x the setting to set off the alert.should be better for a more rural place

Barely fits our 12 year old lab, it’s literally out at far as possible without completely falling apart. Haven’t gotten the chance to set it up yet, will come back and update when we do. But first impressions is there’s no way this fits “dogs up to 130#”, she’s right around 90# and this is going to be reallyyy tight.

This collar is good for teaching your dog boundaries but the remote fence feature does not work correctly and will go off at random times when in that mode. For the price tag probably better off purchasing a normal e collar
