Allowed me to use my old Wii with my new TV that only had HDMI connections. Simple to install and actually makes it easier since there is now only one cable to connect. Picture quality is fine.

the item looked good and shipping was great, but my converter did not have an out put. my samsung tv said no input detected on the hdmi port. the cable is as brand new, converter looked very nice and new, so I must have gotten lemon. I know Amazon will take care of me, now is just the hassle of returning it.

Easy to hook up and works like it should. Makes the Wii graphics actually look better, but most importantly, it will allow you to use your Wii with a new television.
